Alexander J.M. de Swart, LL.M.

Alexander de Swart has been practicing from our offices in Rotterdam since November 2003. Before he joined our firm he worked for Boekel de Nerée in Amsterdam.

He mainly deals with financial and economical criminal cases. He has particular knowledge about internet criminal law.
He has published on criminal liability under the Working Conditions Act.

He deals with the selection of students applying for an internship (2 months minimum) at our Rotterdam offices, who want to experience the day-to-day practice of criminal defence (and are serious about their future in this field).

Mr. De Swart studied Criminal Law and Law and Information Technology in Tilburg and speaks English.
