Specialisation requires on-going study. We therefore closely monitor the latest developments in legislation, case law and literature. Our advocates also contribute to these developments, a.o. by advising on new legislation in various Bar and Governmental Commissions, by writing books on topics of criminal law and procedure and by publications in professional journals.

All partners,  and even some of our 'juniors',  act as lecturers or examiners in various courses for advocates, or on another post-academic level.
