Tax crimes
The State Taxes Act (AWR) contains criminalization of, among others, filing false tax returns and non-compliance with the duty to provide the tax authorities with the correct information. An important part of our practice is dedicated to fiscal criminal cases. It is often the client’s tax consultant who approaches us.
